Our exams

Our exams meet the highest standards for recognising knowledge regarfing EU Data Protection Legislation and Data Protection Practices.

Our exams and corresponding standards are developed by an independent board of recognised experts ans submitted to peer review.

The exams take into consideration several standards and indications, such as the recomendations of several data protection authorities as the 
Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, 
and the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

The Global Data Protection Alliance is an association of legal entities, thriving to ensure privacy as a standard for the economic trade, thus interested in training and recognizing training centers as centers of excellence for the development of an expert data protection community.
Please note that the data collected is handled solely for the purposes of evaluating your knowledge on data protection and awarding the corresponding certificate, as per requested by your training center and part of your training agreement.
The Global Data Protection Alliance is an association without legal personality, thus for any question or exercise of rights, please refer each of its members, indicated on the webpage and availabe for contact in the e-mail: global@globaldpa.org
